Frequently Asked Maintenance Questions
Our team is ready to jump in when problems arise, but the resident bears responsibility for most day-to-day, lighter maintenance in and around the home.
If there’s any confusion or concern around a maintenance issue, and you’re not sure if it’s on you or us, submit a work order and we will let you know either way.
Our leases are signed “as is” meaning you accept the home in its current condition. It also means that the home should be returned in that condition at the end of your lease.
As such, residents cannot make major changes to the home with first getting written approval from our management team. Such changes would be at your expense.
